Loved the peaceful vibe, the tasty food, and the attentive staff. Spa was relaxing, and the infinity pool was amazing for chilling out. The only downside was the noisy wedding parties, which disrupted the calm atmosphere occasionally. Great vacay overall, and definitely plan on coming back for a fourth time 😊.

Omg, the heated pool on the balcony was amazing! 🏊‍♂️ breakfast was awesome, but staff was a bit unfriendly and the noise from construction was a bummer.

Great staff, pools, and dining options. Loved the Serenity room with ocean view. Minor cons like beach upkeep and dress code for restaurants. Must-try Aperol Spritz! But mold smell in our room was a downside. Overall, a rejuvenating experience!

The swim-out rooms were an absolute delight. It felt like having my own private oasis, reminiscent of those lavish celebrity homes that grace the covers of glossy magazines. The convenience of stepping into the pool directly from my room was truly luxurious and made my stay a unique and unforgettable experience.

I always choose this place for my stay for its top-notch service, stunning beach access, and amazing amenities. The first stay was memorable as the staff helped me find a lost treasure. With Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, and a variety of activities, this place suits me perfectly. I'll be back for a city break.

The rooms at Haven Riviera Cancun were like a dream come true for me. The king size bed, personalized mini-bar, and aromatherapy were so luxurious and made me feel like royalty. The swim-out rooms and 24-hour room service were just the icing on the cake.

Some guests might find the personalized mini-bars a bit limiting in terms of options.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful pools and the attentive staff. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, sipping on cocktails, and taking part in the various activities offered. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was delightful and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The staff at the resort were truly amazing, from Christian's creative cocktails to the entertaining pool activities. The variety of restaurants and BBQs were a hit, especially the Asian cuisine. However, the lack of communication prior to check-in and the distance from Cancun were downfalls. Despite the rough beach and some staff expecting tips for minimal service, the overall experience was positive, with exceptional food and a comfortable room.

Our room was spacious with a great view and a bathtub on the balcony. The staff was very helpful in quickly fixing a leaking toilet. we enjoyed our stay at Haven Riviera Cancun.

I recently had an amazing stay at Haven Riviera. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the room service options were great. I loved the ocean views from my 3rd floor room. The bartenders were fabulous and the resort had everything I needed. The private swim out pools and hot tubs on the outside porch were a highlight. I'll definitely be back!

Our stay at this resort was overall quite enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the spa and the large pool situated by the ocean. Although some restaurants were better than others, breakfast at the buffet had a great variety of foods. The updated rooms and bathrooms were clean, and staff service was excellent.

There were some drawbacks during our stay. The beach was impossible to enjoy due to seaweed and odor issues.

the spacious room provided exclusive advantages such as a jacuzzi and towel service by the pool. the indoor swimming pool was relaxing and the spa center provided an enjoyable experience with massages.

The sauna and steam room facilities were not available for use and the outdoor swimming pool was chilly. the sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The staff at the pool were friendly, but the restaurant service lacked finesse. The serenity pools were delightful, and the drinks were top-notch. The beach had a seaweed issue initially, but the overall experience was fantastic, with great breakfast options and a relaxing atmosphere.

The OCEAN VIEW from our room was breathtaking. The staff was amazing, but breakfast was better than photos. Would stay again!

During our romantic getaway at the resort, we thoroughly enjoyed the lush tropical landscaping, the serene ambiance of the 3 pools, and the invigorating experience in the giant jacuzzi. The free Wi-Fi was convenient, and we took advantage of the multi-use tennis courts, adding a fun physical activity to our stay.

My wife says that an expansion of kid-friendly activities would make the resort even more appealing for families with children.

The hotel's design is simply exquisite, with beautiful, well-maintained gardens and elegant decor that exudes a sense of tranquility and charm. The accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with gentle slopes and easily navigable pathways throughout the property, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the stunning surroundings.

I wish the children of the staff were more attentive to the wet walkways during rainy days, making it safer for senior guests.

The resort had amazing ocean views, friendly staff, and great pools. The daily activities and shows were enjoyable. Outdoor facilities near the ocean needed better maintenance.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the variety of pools and different vibes. The circular pool, although filled with older people, was a cool beach-style walk-in pool. The swim-out room was worth it, the restaurants exceeded expectations, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The pool cabanas were comfortable and the buffet was surprisingly good. No wristbands were required, which was a major plus. The coffee shop had delicious lattes and iced coffees, and there were never long lines anywhere. Room service was exceptional, always quick and served warm. The swim-up bar was a blast, with seating for couples and a DJ above. Checking in at 6am and checking out at 5pm for a small fee was very convenient. The gym had more machines than expected, and there were plenty of bars throughout the resort for grabbing drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at Haven Riviera! The facilities were beautiful and the boutique feel of the resort made it feel special. The food choices were plentiful and the pools were so much fun. One of the highlights was the water volleyball, where we had a great time working together as a team. The staff were all nice, friendly, and super helpful, especially Lewis and Omar at Tihani and the Mexican steakhouse. They provided wonderful service. The ocean front swim out was an absolute must-have, offering an amazing view of the vast open ocean. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The beach wasn't in the best condition, so if you're specifically looking for a pristine beach experience, this resort might not be the best fit.

I recently stayed at Haven Riviera for 12 days and it was one of the best all-inclusive resorts I've been to! The beautiful resort, exceptional staff, and attention to detail were outstanding. The food selection and service were top-notch, and the facilities, including pools and bars, were fantastic. The beachfront was stunning, despite some seaweed. The on-site spa was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. a wonderful holiday experience!

The spa facilities, like the sauna, were only accessible for an additional price, which was disappointing. the water in the pools, including the swim-up room pool, was too cold to fully enjoy.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious and private romance swim-up suite. The room was clean and the designated lounging areas were perfect for relaxation. The king-size bed and large TV added to our comfort, and the decent Wi-Fi was a bonus.
